Terms and Conditions
Exchanges and Returns
The policy of Gladiator Supply Company is to have 100%
satisfaction from our customers. However, in the event that we have made
an error in the order or that you are not satisfied with the merchandise,
we will gladly and promptly replace any such merchandise.
Please contact us within 15 days of your receipt of merchandise
that was damaged, defective, or shipped in error for a Returned Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number, the return shipping address, and instructions
before attempting to return any merchandise to us.
Please do not return merchandise to Gladiator Supply
Company's Post Office Box number or return any merchandise without an
RMA number. Any returned merchandise returned to our P. O. Box number,
or without an RMA number, or returned COD will not be accepted and will
be returned to the sender unopened. |
