Shipping

• Gladiator Supply Company accepts payment by credit card issued by a US bank with funds payable in US dollars.
• Flat Rate and Free Shipping apply only to United Parcel Service (UPS) Standard Ground or United States Postal Service (USPS) 1^st Class or Priority Mail. Gladiator Supply Company will determine the carrier and method for Flat Rate or Free Shipping.
• All shipments to US Postal Boxes will be sent by USPS only.
• Shipping costs for expedited, air, or overnight shipping, and for shipments requiring special handling will be charged in their entirety to the customer.
• Gladiator Supply Company does not ship COD.

Fulfillment

Gladiator Supply Company processes and ships in-stock items within three (3) business days. In the event an ordered item is out of stock, we will advise you of the estimated shipping date. You may then choose to accept the backorder or cancel the backordered items. In any event, your credit card will be charged for items only when they are actually shipped.
